Dëli is a word of the Térraba people of Costa Rica, and it means food.

Our original spot by the beach, with air conditioning and ocean views. Costa Rican coffee, espresso drinks and frappés, natural fruit smoothies, pastries, sourdough, empanadas and sandwiches to stay or to go.
Restaurant & our baking workshop
This is where everything is made: every pastry, loaf and cake for both locations comes out of this kitchen. It is also our restaurant, serving breakfast and lunch from scratch, a daily lunch special, coffee, fresh drinks and homemade desserts. Dine in, curbside pickup or delivery.

All our breads are naturally leavened sourdough, slow-fermented and baked once a week by order. Choose a round loaf or a sandwich loaf, whole or sliced.

Custom birthday cakes in Brasilito for birthdays, anniversaries and every reason to celebrate, baked from Victoria's recipes and decorated to your theme.
A smooth buttercream finish, piping details, customizable cake toppers, fresh berries, and more.
Chocolate or vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling, finished in meringue or buttercream, plus torta chilena and tres leches.

Victoria Zoch has been baking for weddings across Guanacaste for years, working with the region's planners and venues. Every cake is finished in buttercream and decorated on-site, including fresh flowers from your florist.

Deli Café is in Brasilito, Guanacaste, 100 m north of the town plaza, a few minutes from Playa Conchal and Playa Flamingo. Our restaurant, Dëli's Kitchen, is 300 m northeast of the old gas station in Brasilito.
Dëli's Kitchen serves breakfast and lunch made from scratch, Monday to Friday 7:00–16:00 and Saturday 7:00–14:00, with a daily lunch special. Dine in, curbside pickup or delivery.
Deli Café is open Monday to Saturday, 7:00–18:00. Dëli's Kitchen is open Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00, and Saturday, 7:00–14:00. Hours may change on holidays, so check Google or message us on WhatsApp.
Yes. We make wedding cakes and dessert tables and deliver and set up at venues across Guanacaste, including Tamarindo, Hacienda Pinilla, Flamingo, Las Catalinas, Papagayo, Nosara and Santa Teresa. Tastings are available at our kitchen in Brasilito.
